Amazing customer service and great product to use for my tablet

Glad I had this plan. a few hundred dollar warranty resulted in getting two replacement machines over the life of the plan. Easily paid for itself.

Luckily i haven't had to use this plan yet. If i hadn't purchased it im sure we would have a different story. But this projection gives me peace of mind.

We bought this as a gift for a grandchild. This is a wonderful way for them to get their table set up correctly. The Geek Squad are so helpful and courteous. This is a great feature for inexperienced user.

Geek Squad really stand by there work! Even if you didn't buy it from bestbuy, they will still take a look at your problem as long as you have Geek Squad protection.

I highly recommend anyone buying products to get a warranty plan. You never know what can happen and you should make sure your product is protected.

Purchased this for my daughter only for the fact that Amazon offers the free time unlimited for this device and comes loaded with a kids mode that has educational features that my 8 y/o loves.

I’ve had a geek warranty on one of my husbands reader and when he accidentally dropped it you where nice enough to replace it. He dropped it in water.

We have had few problems with products bought at Best Buy, but when we do the Geek Squad has always come through for us. We wouldn't be without the Geek Squad support knowing we will always get an answer.

This one time I fell down a flight of stairs with my iPhone. Thankfully I have insurance and my iPhone was okay. Having protection will help if you take a nasty spill down the stairs with your device.

Great plan for this tablet! When I have problems With my tablet I take it right to Best Buy, and they replace it for me. Really worth the extra money.
