I have protection on my tablet and laptop. I brought my tablet in for a hard reset, and the guy even didn't try or ask for information about the tablet. I had better experience with my laptop ( they sent it out for repair), the total cost of repair would've been comparable to purchasing a new similar laptop.

Let's face it--electronics break. And they're not meant to last for some reason... Buy protection, and for as long as they let you.
