It was a nightmare to deal with Geek Squad over the freezer I purchased. I got the runaround. I spoke with countless people on getting the freezer repaired/junked. In-store employees were a nightmare. Customers do NOT come first. I want to know how it is that GS doesn't make service calls on smaller freezers. It's not like one can easily pack up a freezer to take into the store for repair/junking. It's rather a safety hazzard to everyone involved. I would recommend GS for other things - but they fail with medium size appliances.

When I turn in my item they said that they can have it done It took a month and a half and it ended up that I needed a replacement but they never contacted me that I did I had to contact them and I didn't like that They didn't keep in contact all I asked for was a replacement camera lens cuz it was cracked and they couldn't even fix that They made me replace the whole thing and they didn't even have the replacement in the store So I had to buy a more expensive one as a replacement

There guys rock. Worth every penny. If you need help one call and they get you fixed right up. Unit breaks- boom. New one.

Have not had any problems yet but so glad I got this. No drops or spills but will be using this in the future when needed.

Love my tablet. I even bought onefor my mom. She loves it too

Any damage they change to another product, but need to be the same item of your purchase.
