Anytime I have ever had any trouble with my devices best buy always fixed the problem. I would never go anywhere else . I rather wait til they have the item then to go somewhere else

I will never buy any electronic over $300 without this protection. I have used it 2x on different laptops. If it can't be fixed they will issue a gift card to replace. Totally worth it!!!

I have many tablets and usually don't get the protection plan. But this one is to keep for a long time so I did. Happy that I have the an for only a few $ more

The agents was a great help finding what i really wanted for college for a good price too, also made sure my purchase was successful and taken care of even when it came from a different store.

Note that bestbuy new repair policy is to send to microsoft v/s swapping for purchase price which is what they used to do. In my case had battery not holding as long of charge, so took in 1 week before expired. They sent unit out 2 weeks later they replaced with referbished older serial number unit. And that unit had a scratch 3/4" long in display. They sent it out a second time, and that refurbished unit with another s/n came back with battery that was also not holding up as it should. They finally said they would return my purchase price and write this one off as junk return. I then purchased the Surface Pro 9 which I am happy with and took out this Geek warranty again.

I will always purchase the Geek Squad Support/Protection for my products, especially computer products. It is such a piece of mind to know my product is covered for repairs, remove viruses, or help with technology questions. The Agents at my local store are professional and always go above and beyond. Well worth the money.

I had the same protection plan on my previous Surface. When the batter malfunctioned the protection plan replaced the unit with a brand new Surface. Could not be happier.

The agents are very helpful and make sure things are understood before you leave the store.

Bought this to cover my child's tablet. Wish you did not have to repurchase it after having to use it, but it is still cheaper than having to replace an accident with a new tablet! Learned a hard lesson though if you are replacing it under a claim - don't forget to bring the power charger with you! You will be charged if it is missing.

They actually didn't ask any type of question when it came to getting the item fix and in my case exchanging it for a nother one i was in and out from the store in a matter of minutes and they also give me a reasonable price on a new device

Good value in case something happens. I haven’t had to use it and hope not to but peace of mind knowing it’s covered.

Very friendly professionals when I requested the repair service and instead they replaced my Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e tablet and gave me the guarantee as stipulated in their service manuals.

Bought my Mom a tablet on sale and got the Geek Squad protection. Had a problem with it, took it to the store they looked at it, repaired the glitches ( combo of an app issue and my Mom having too many windows open) It ended up happening again and then overheating and going out so Geek Squad replaced the tablet!

Device arrived quick. Even though it was refurbished it worked like new

The plan is good but it only replaces the tablet 1 time within 2 yrs. If it breaks the first time they will replace with a new tablet but you will have to buy another Protection Warranty. Only a 1 time free replacement

My mother likes this for reading and has no trouble seeing rhe words or anything

We have yet to use this service for what we bought it for, an Amazon Fire tablet for my 5-year-old. I do have experience with Geek Squad services in the past though and it has always been the easiest warranty service I use.

How can you go wrong with a bunch of geeks having your back when a tech problem arises.
