I wanted to purchase the warranty just in case. I really doubt that I will ever have to use it.

I use to work for Bestbuy and I know how hard Geek Squad works, But I hope I never have to use them, but this gives me a peace of Mind, especially when my puppy is around, anything can happen.

With something so expensive like this he definitely want to have protection protection on accidental handling accidental damage you also want to have Geek Squad service with it just for those are all issues that you might need to have done and it's definitely a quality product for the price of

I haven't had to use this protection plan for my new Surface yet. I have on a past purchase and the service was great. Easy to use and pretty seamless. It's a little expensive, but worth it if you ever need to use it.

Very helpful and as long as you got a Warranty you will not have a problem with your return, their pretty good at help resolve a problem

If you love your money working for you...then you need to get this...I’m a freak about my phone beeaking. After having worked in retail for many years I see tons of people coming in and complaining they want insurance after something breaks but this is so worth it, it was a no brainer.

I'm giving this 4 stars due to the fact of there lack of communication. I waited an extra 2 and a half weeks to find out they had approved my tablet for a junk out. They said oh yeah just go down to the store n give them this code and they'll give you the credit for which you paid for your tablet.

I do not expect any problem with my new tablet, but I like the added insurance of knowing the Geek Squad is available if needed! As a rule, I do not trust extended warranties, but I trust the Geek Squad from people that have use them

Geek quad came through later in the year when surface pro purchased had its charger become defective and Geek squad replaced item at no additional charge. Thank you Geek Squad!

I was able to make an appointment the same day. I got in about 15 minutes early, and they saw me right away. The Associate treated me with respect and although my issue could not be resolved at that moment it was a great experience.

I have protection on my tablet and laptop. I brought my tablet in for a hard reset, and the guy even didn't try or ask for information about the tablet. I had better experience with my laptop ( they sent it out for repair), the total cost of repair would've been comparable to purchasing a new similar laptop.

I always wondered what it would be like to have my own personal technical assistant. Recently I had an opportunity to use one of the Geek squad for help with a charging issue on my tablet. I got fast service and the problem is solved. I'm glad I purchased a two-year agreement would advise others to do so.

The protection is good to protect you from losing devices accidentally. It is good to have the insurance to the device incase of breakages

Bought this because of the price and features. It's not bad but, I feel like the newer generation tablets in this line would give me more of what I truly need from a tablet.

I got this do to I am not a technology geek person and the computers / tablets have gotten confusing at times to keep it up to date and in good working order. I am happy to take it in for a week and have it all updated with know worries.

Geek Squad protection is always recommended if you are investing a large sum of money into a product. You never know when you may need this. Worth the buy depending on the product. Always understand and read the terms of the conditions.
