Geek Squad is Bomb! They get the job done no problems.

Good support to have as we've had a few issues with the Samsung tablet purchased. It was covered for replacement twice now...once right out of the box & then a few weeks ago . So if the Geeks couldn't resolve the issue there was backup.

I purchased a two year warranty for my son’s tablet. I was told that if anything happens to it (ex: my son breaks it), all I have to do is bring it in and they will either fix it or replace it. I rated it 3 stars because I haven’t needed to use this service, yet. If there comes a time that I will need to use it, and if the issue is covered and there’s no problem replacing or fixing it, then I will re-rate it.

Any time I use geek squad they are very helpful and informative. They always make sure I understand the issues/solutions.

Love this tablet the size the price. There are so many features for such a low price. If you are looking to buy a tablet for you little one look no farther.

I have always had good luck with Samsung products and the Tab A is no exception. I always get a new one when my son breaks it. Hahaah

Geek squad never fails when it comes to their protection. The service plan that was offered to me at the time of purchase was a no brainer. This protection keeps you at ease for the number of things it covers.

I will purchase this item again as it provides good service.

I love geek squad. They need to give customers the option to get there money back and not a gift card if the product no longer works. I prefer Walmart plans because after 3 repairs u get your money back or can opt to get gift card.

I've had Geek Squad service on several of my prior computers and it has come in handy. Any problems that I had were taken care of. Wanted to be sure that the computer I purchased for my granddaughter would have the same protection.

I bought this for my new Microsoft Surface Pro and it's already paid off. I got a little bit of moisture in my surface. Went to Best Buy. Walked out with a new surface. And yes i bought this protection again for the new one.

They are very supportive and the device i bought here was in good condition
