Awesome it just needs to have more protection if the kids throws it drops it and all

Very helpful to have in case your laptop breaks. My surface shut down while I had this protection and they gave my a gift card to buy a new one that day which was great.

Basically you pay for the coverage and if something happens to it, best buy replaces it and you can buy the coverage again for the next product. Just like car insurance, an added expense but nice to have when needed.

I like knowing my moms tablet is covered if anything goes wrong.

I recently had to renew my geek squad plus plan and I’m so glad I did. My surface pro fell and cracked on one corner and completely stopped working. Next day I went into Best Buy & geek squad took care of everything. My new surface pro gets here Monday!

Everything thing I purchase from Best Buy i get the protection plan. It is so much better than other stores. I only wished they renew when expired.

Excellent option if your buying for a 3 year old you never know what could happen with your little one and a table even if the case is child proof they'll find a way lol highly recommended!

I have bought this plan before for other products. Its a good plan but I wish it didn't get used up on the first replacement and would carry over to the new item without having to buy a new plan for it.

The agent installed my Arlo cameras with no problems at all. If I ever made a purchase that would need installing these are the people I would have do it.

I purchased this for a tablet I had purchased after having to replace one that was broken. Unfortunately I didn't have geek squad on that one and I regret it. I'll just say this, if you're clumsy or have a child or are dating someone clumsy this is a must have.
