I purchased this for a tablet I had purchased after having to replace one that was broken. Unfortunately I didn't have geek squad on that one and I regret it. I'll just say this, if you're clumsy or have a child or are dating someone clumsy this is a must have.

It was everything I needed and expected it to be. I would recommend anyone looking for this item to go find it at Best Buy and get it.

I’ve recently purchased a tablet and bought the geek squad protection that is offered with the purchase of electronics. It’s pretty much covers spills, cracks, and whatever may happen to your tablet. I think it’s cheap and covers your for 2 Years.

It's always wise to have protection! Greek Squad knows what they are doing and when all else fail having a protection guarantee gets you a replacement, so it's a win-win!

Its a must with anything electronic i buy from best buy, because they are the best all around. This is something thats always great to have when you need it. Customer service was top notch great.

My son loves his tablet! It's having charging problems now but I think because he doesn't turn it off at night!

Haven't had a need to use the Geek Squad yet for our new iPad. Although any time we've needed to use them in the past for other electronics that we've been extremely happy with the outcome.

My daughter has been pretty good about not breaking her stuff. She's a fairly responsible 4 year old, but I understand that accidents happen, so it's nice to have a piece of mind knowing that if anything happens you her tablet, she's covered.
