I suggest if you buy anything that could be broken get the warranty service is great and if they can’t fix your product you will get credit for the total amount u spent minus the warranty to get something else

When purchasing a computer or any device that you want to last more than 2 years, I can't recommend buying a protection plan enough. My last device developed an issue on literally the last day of coverage and the device was covered with no questions asked!

Saves me a lot of headaches since my granddaughter lives over 100 miles away and I can't be there to figure out why the laptop is not working right. Geek Squad to the rescue. I've renewed multiple times!

Good coverage already had to use it to replace grandson’s kindel. Replaced the product, after a slight debate about the current price, I had purchased the previous one on sale. Otherwise no problems.

Great price for three years, so that is what I am rating this on. Have not had to use it yet so maybe I will change my mind then.

Geek Squad promised me that they will fix any aesthetic or internal damage on my 2 year olds Children’s Amazon Fire Tablet! That device sure will need warranty!!!

The Geek squad set up my tablet with all my newspapers I wanted to read showed me how to make my characters arger so I couod read without any problem I had eye problems

I purchased this warranty when I purchased the tablet for my granddaughter luckily that I did because she accidentally dropped it and broke it and I brought it back to Best Buy and they replaced it for free.

Always worth the purchase for GSP, especially on a kid's tablet. I will say, the price has gone up quite a bit over the years, but the fact it covers Accidental Damage makes it all the worth it.
