Always buy protection with my son's tablet and replaced with new one after accident!!!

Got warranties on all the boys tablets and well worth every penny.

It was nice to have the protection for my Kindle, but I never needed to use it!

They sent my device to the wrong service center and then did not update for a week. Everytime I called for an update I was told to go to my local store geek squad because they had no answers. The local store could only go off the online updates which went another week without being updated. It was stressful overall. They did say it was not a common occurrence . Originally I was going to give zero stars out of stress but the very last phone agent who helped me was actually very helpful. He straightened everything out and took his time. They need more agents like him.

I am so glad I got the protection play, where they were able to just replace the whole thing.

We purchased the warranty to cover an out-of-box DSL camera, because we were concerned that the standard (90 day?) warranty might not be long enough for any problems to show up. Glad we did...the camera started acting up at the 6-month mark. I would rate 5 stars but I feel the warranty price per year is too expensive, and there should be a (reduced-rate) 3-year or 5-year option.

College student dropped it and broke screen within a week. Protection plan covered it.

Geek Squad is amazing!! The times I've gone, I left happy. These team really takes the time to understand the problem and solve it!!

Quick and speedy response to my problems. Very knowledgeable staff here. Took the time to answer all the minute questions i had that usually aggrivate people lol.

If you purchase anything you plan of keeping it for more then a year get this. This will cover you for just about anything they are great with returning it

Love this warranty, we have a 3 year old and this warranty was purchased for his Amazon tablet, used a few months after purchase and had no issues at all replacing the product.

Since this purchase I’ve had to bring my surface Pro in and Geek Squad immediately repaired and updated my device. As well as informed me on how to avoid future incidents.

Though it's a new purchase and nothing has happened or gone wrong, I have to say that having Geek Squad service is phenomenal and a must for any sizeable purchase of tech.

I always get the Geek Squad protection on my more expensive purchases for the just in case.

I was 50/50 on adding a Geek Squad service on my last purchase and I've yet to ever use one in all my years of buying at best buy and sometimes adding it.

A great decision is to get the extra Geek Protection with your product, especially if it is a computer or tablet, to ensure safety and overall protection from risk factors. I highly recommend it for the price and cost benefit.

We have not had to use this yet. Hopefully we won't have to!

I have not had to use them recently but have in the past and they fix the problems every time.
