I've never had to use the service, but its a nice addition to any high dollar electronic you may purchase. Nothing worse than something crapping out on u with no warranty.

I believe this was for the Fire 7 or Fire 8. I returned the 8 and kept the 7. Please check to see which one if both are covered than refund for the 8. Thank you,

While we fortunately did not have to use this plan, it gave peace of mind and was soo much cheaper than having a monthly plan through our cell phone provider!

I haven't had to use my geek squad yet so I don't have much to add besides the fact that it gives a great warranty and provides peace of mind that my surface pro 7 is covered.

This is a must for any electronic you purchase any more especially if you are accident prone. Or if me you have two active young boys that are hard on everything.

Im glad it has 1 yr accidental geek squad protection because its for my kids. At the moment I havent use yet. But im glad it comes available with my kids tablets.

Must needed add on to any Best Buy purchased item. Insurance always seems to come in to play at some point. Majority of the times the accidents aren’t planned. So do yourself a favor!

Geek Squad is by far the best Warranty service! They can’t fix it, replace it with new one or updated version!

When I bought this warranty for my granddaughters tablet it came in in when the tablet all of sudden stopped working brought it back to Best Buy and the tablet was replaced at no charge

Always gotta protect your stuff! Things just seem to happen with tech equipment. So save from accidents. I am clumsy and you could drop it or spill something on the Item.

Its a must buy for whenever you're purchasing something that's expensive from Best buy. They will replace, repair, or give you cash via gift card when your item breaks.

battery expanded from heat, & my tablet died. best buy refunded the price of a new one (which i bought). i recommended geek squad protection to others b/c it's worth it!

Team at Geek Squad is the best. They’ve helped me time and time again. I strongly recommend Spending money for protection services to everyone if not computer wiz.

So far, its great. I haven't run in to any problems yet. I love mine. But I bought mine for my ring doorbell.
