Geek squad is always there to help! Especially in a time like this, being stuck at home and getting help over the phone from an expert is awesome!

We have had to bring back my daughter tablet be/c it turned off and would not turn back on and they gave us another one without any problems.

I bought this for my husband. He loves it. I find it hard to operate. I have to cut it off each time to add a book, and getting around on the platform is awkward, but as long as he can get to the book and read it, he's happy.

There has been a few occastions I have an accident and needed an expert to fix my computer. This plan is an smart buy to cover accidents and saves money in the long run. Highly recommended.

Geek squad has been great for me. I had a Fitbit go bad before manufacturer warranty went out and the process was very easy to get it replaced. Much better than dealing with manufacturer.

Cracked the screen they got it fixed within a week, no issues!
