excellent protection for me because i have 4 children under 6 and the could accidentally break it or the screen.

If your product breaks you can get it fixed, if they can't fix it they replace it, and if it's outdated they will give you the equivalent or a store credit.

I always buy protection plans on everything. I don't always use them, however, the money I've put into them is nowhere near the replacement values I have received.

Hopefully we never have to actually use this. But it's nice to know we have protection from crazy kids and just life accidents.

Great product and peace of mind but it is really expensive. I did buy it for a refurbished item so it's worth it.

If you buy a tablet or phone it will drop at some point. The protection offered by Geek Squad is necessary and easy to use when you need it... and you will need it.
