Everytine I buy something from here I purchase the extra insurance.

Great guarantee. Had no problems with it. I recommend it.

so i went to best buy and bought a tablet because i am having health issues and wanted it so when i am in the hospital i would be in touch with friends. so the salesman says if you buy insurance you will be covered. i asked him if i cracked the screen if it will be covered and he said yes. well a few months go by and i was helping a homeless man with some cash and the tablet fell out of my pocket and the screen was cracked. so i tried to exchange it for a new one and the guy got his boss and she looks at my receipt and says yes he's insured! then she left the building for lunch and the guy totally did a 180 on me and refused to exchange it and was a total assshoollee. so i was looking over the receipt and it says i bought insurance from another company and he did not inform me i had a choice or that i was buying. they have 2 insurances, best buy insurance or geek squad insurance. they sold me geek squad. well so it has been weeks now and when i contact geek squad they tell me it's not their problem and gave me best buy's phone number but in the computer it says geek squad so they refuse to deal with it and they wont look into it.

Great purchase. I would recommend to buyers to have this.

Invest in your investments. Have great support always

It's expensive but you certainly need it. If something happens and your not covered then your stuck with a broken product. You can renew your protection after 2 years is up.
