I've unfortunately had to use this, therefore I definitely purchased it for the replacement computer. Easy-to-use. Unfortunate to have to use.

No muss, no fuss. Brought my DigiLand DL8006 in when it wouldn't turn on and they gave me a new one when they couldn't get it to even charge.

Bought this protection plan to cover any issues since this is carried to and from school.

Havent had any issues trying to return anything. Just make sure the seller is up fromt about return policy
