This warranty came in handy.Especially with 2 toddlers who are constantly watching their shown on their tablet. No hassle quick replacement.

Added a protection plan just in case it broke or quit working

The geek squad is always so helpful. They take the time to explain what is wrong and what needs to be fixed.

Wish I can use it, but there's no way to determine which product is which as you need information such as the product serial number along with the receipt. I ordered multiple as I have four children that each got one. Three of which had a glitch shortly after opening them and froze. I considered sending it back, or going to get repaired but I can't seem to figure out which is which.

Never had to use yet but is worth the piece of mind just having it. If something happens it is worth it to know it is taken care of.

Accidental proctetion....we have bought this before and they covered the Tablets broken screen

I got this for my nephew tablet to protect the screen, and still in good condition.

Came in handy as my son decided to throw it and cracked the screen.. brought it in and geek squad had it back within a weeks time

Love the GEEK SQUAD, and all the services they offer. Since I am known to have butterfingers this extra sense if security feels good.

Always get the Geek Squad service! I haven't had to use it on this item yet but it is there if I need it.

Good Service. Geek squad was quick to repair our Tablet that had a cracked screen. My wofe was only without it for about a week.

Cracked screen and they took it right in, very helpful and nice.

I always but extended warranty as a just in case! It eases my mind especially when i have a 5 year old who likes to drop things!

I am hoping the protection plan is like in the past but as of right now we havent had to use it. We have heard it has changed by people that bought it and tried to use it but do not know for sure cause we were told when we bought it it was the same. So i would recommend it but i would also tell what i heard.

Very Satisfied with my protection plan, Amazon Fire Tablet 10 quit charging ,,,It takes an HDMI charger so I went to the store and Exchanged The Amazon Fire Tablet 10 for a new one ,,,,I had a 1 year warranty so I had to purchase another 1 year warranty to cover any cracks or spills on the Tablet

So glad I bought this protection. I had a pair of headphones break off in the jack and even tho they couldn't remove it they replaced the tablet with no problem at all, well worth it to get this

I bought for my laptop but not used at all but overall excellent service with not too much cost

It is worth the purchase for accidental spills and drops

I love bestbuys geek squad it is easy to use but getting ahold of anyone at bestbuy is like pulling out teeth. I hate there automatic service.

I never seem to need the protection, but it is nice to have.
