They know exactly what they are doing and wouldn’t trust anymore else!

so i went to best buy and bought a tablet because i am having health issues and wanted it so when i am in the hospital i would be in touch with friends. so the salesman says if you buy insurance you will be covered. i asked him if i cracked the screen if it will be covered and he said yes. well a few months go by and i was helping a homeless man with some cash and the tablet fell out of my pocket and the screen was cracked. so i tried to exchange it for a new one and the guy got his boss and she looks at my receipt and says yes he's insured! then she left the building for lunch and the guy totally did a 180 on me and refused to exchange it and was a total assshoollee. so i was looking over the receipt and it says i bought insurance from another company and he did not inform me i had a choice or that i was buying. they have 2 insurances, best buy insurance or geek squad insurance. they sold me geek squad. well so it has been weeks now and when i contact geek squad they tell me it's not their problem and gave me best buy's phone number but in the computer it says geek squad so they refuse to deal with it and they wont look into it.

It is a cheap insurance policy. Comes in handy if you happen to hit the wrong keys on the tablet.

This is the best thing to get with best buy when you can get it

For the price of the tablet you are better off to pay for the insurance. Its a no brainer.

If you can't fix it yourself, give yourself peace of mind!
