The tablet was purchased for my Sister who was having surgery and had to isolate for 24 days prior to the surgery. This allowed her to still communicate with her Grandchildren and the rest of the Family. She is happy with performance of the tablet.

Bought my Mom a tablet on sale and got the Geek Squad protection. Had a problem with it, took it to the store they looked at it, repaired the glitches ( combo of an app issue and my Mom having too many windows open) It ended up happening again and then overheating and going out so Geek Squad replaced the tablet!

I always buy the Geek Squad insurance on everything that my family and I purchase at Best Buy. Being a Geek Squad member the price and length of each policy is excellent. This is one of the main reasons I buy all of my electronics devices at Best Buy.

They sent my device to the wrong service center and then did not update for a week. Everytime I called for an update I was told to go to my local store geek squad because they had no answers. The local store could only go off the online updates which went another week without being updated. It was stressful overall. They did say it was not a common occurrence . Originally I was going to give zero stars out of stress but the very last phone agent who helped me was actually very helpful. He straightened everything out and took his time. They need more agents like him.

I purchased the Samsung 10 inch tablet Works like a charm. Fast and easy to navigate. You can mirror to your tv screen using wifi and there is no buffering. Picture quality is fantastic. I added the protection and have not had to use the protection so far.

I have always had great experiences with anyone that Best Buy puts in their Geek Squad. These people always are nice and helpful and have never given me a problem for a need for replacement, help in fixing something, or finding an item that I am looking for.

I've had two instances when Geek Squad coverage has completely saved me. Exchange/credit toward a replacement unit was painless, so I buy Geek Squad warranty coverage whenever I have a major purchase at Best Buy.

Bought the geek squad protection as the devise was for my kids. These type of protection arw always needed especially with kids devices

i recommend getting this if you're buying a tablet for your child or for any things really, they can help replace your item if it breaks

I like knowing my moms tablet is covered if anything goes wrong.

I prefer best buy for the geek squad service, I like being able to walk in and physically hand my item in for service rather than other stores where you have to mail the item out for repair etc. Granted they do the same thing most of the time but at least you know it got handed over to someone to take care of that.

It's the best! If you buy something and it breaks or quits working like it's supposed to you take it back and they eather fix it or give you back your money including your extended warranty money! NO BRAINER!

I really appreciate the protection for these type of things I purchased this product for an eight year old who of course has tendency to break or drop things I took the seventh generation one I purchased in and without hesitation they took care of it with no worries I will always get the protection for any item worth saving
