I always try to get the protection plan when I can. The geek squad service plan has saved me a couple different times in the past. I also like that the plan is saved in the best buy system, so I don't have to hold onto the receipt and try to remember where it is if I have a problem.

Bought the warranty for my wifes tablet and it hasn't dissapointed yet just like all my other gadgets

A year has gone by and I did not use this warranty, but... The previous tablet I got had a problem and due to this warranty I had for it, it was replaced right away.

BUY THIS FOR ANYTHING! I get Geek Squad protection for any electronic I purchase at Best Buy. Never had a problem working with them and repairs are always well done. ITS WORTH THE MONEY!

Always get a protection plan for items. It is worth the purchase.

Best thing since you're the immunization shots, just get the protections you will be happy, its easy break it brings it in give it to the Geeks and they will fix it or replace it!

Best investment I've made by far! My son cracked his screen and without any hassle was able to get it dropped off and worked on. Time frame for repair is a little long (dropped off 6/17, was told it would be done by 7/5). But they send it to your house, so I can't complain.

I purchased this 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection for a device that I purchased for my son. And I am so glad that I did. It gives me a each of mind just incase anything goes wrong with the chromebook.

I had another table with protection on it and the usb charging port burned out and geek squad took care of it.. no Hassel at all that's why i always use BestBuy protection they are the best at what they do.

I wouldn't buy any electronic without having the piece of mind of a service protection. Best Buy flat out gets it right with the service plan they offer. It is no hassle and requires no drama. Have a problem, then just bring it back and get it replaced case closed.

We will always get this protection on any laptop. We have had to use it several times over the years and the process has been easy each time.

Geek Squad has been very professional on all the installments and deliveries they have done for us. Helpful answering questions and need to know information. They have been thoughtful and considerate.

When my sister's tablet broke, Geek Squad took it in and fixed it and returned it to me as new.
