I got the Geek Squad protection for my tablet, because I take it to school every day and wanted a peace of mine, in case anything were to spill on it. Or if I were to drop it, I know it is covered.

My son loves his tablet! It's having charging problems now but I think because he doesn't turn it off at night!

My daughter loves it. Works great for her learning and watching her shows in the car

This is a gift item. My niece always hurts technology. iPhone broken, camera broken, DVD player broken. At least I have piece of mind and do not have to keep papwork. Bestbuy tracks my protection for me.

I like knowing that if anything happens they try to fox it and if they cannot I get store credit for the full value. You do not have to take a refurbished older model, you can choose to upgrade if something does go wrong.

1st moblie device i have ever owned , I know who is this guy ?? So want sure if I could get used to it and thought well lets do a 1 yr policy and see how it goes ?

The best warranty around i always get the warranty i have hundreds of them and if something brake or not working right it is easily replaced, please get the warranty when buying from bestbuy it's worth it

The geek squad protection plan was great for my laptop. I got a free laptop when the computer started to malfunction before the year warranty was up. The geek squad team was also very helpful and were very kind to me when I brought them my laptop!

I really can’t make a statement on this yet! All my purchases have been of great quality So I haven’t needed them yet! I’m sure when I do They will be great!

My local store geeks are always helpful and polite. I sometime wonder if my questions are elementary for them but I have never been treated in a condescending manner. Since I was purchasing technology that was new to me, I'm happy that I added this service to my purchase.

Excellent Coverage and i rating it not based on this purchase alone but all my warranty purchases at Bestbuy. The always fix or replace the device. I love their customer service and professionalism.

I buy the geek squad with everything I buy from best buy. This is a great value although I always price match and the employees always mess this up so then I pay double for the price of protection plan.

This service is good to have and it always come in handy especially if something happens to your merchandise. So dont never leave the store without purchasing your geek squad protection plan.

Fortunately the tablet i bought this for is still working fine and my kids havent broken it but its nice to have the extra peace of mind just in case something happens and the extra warranty is needed.

Whenever I have an issue they are always on top of it & help resolve my issue or find alternatives!

Geek Squad is awesome, I used this for my granddaughter's tablet that she cracked the screen on and they ended up letting me get a brand new one!
