This was the worst customer service. I called to make appt to have camera cleaned as per my protection plan...drove hour and half just to be told they don't clean them. The geek squad didn't seem to have a clue and the people at service number was total clueless. What is the plan good for if they don't honor it....just more money for them

Buy the warranty! It will give you peace of mind and they will service camera once a year.

You never know when you'll need it its better safe then sorry. Have used it for one of my old camera twice.
