Purchased the Geek Squad warranty for the Shark vacuum I brought. Good additional warranty for the price.

Purchased this warranty on the vacuum that we purchased (a Dyson). The vacuum was almost $500 so I figured accidental protection was a necessity. I have used Geek Squad in the past which is why I continue to purchase all of my items from Best Buy because they generally have really great service. I haven't used this protection plan yet, however I presume that I will get great service if I do need to use it in the future.

An amazing service and I have used this particular service multiple times through my many years being a Best Buy customer. It is worth it every time I purchase a new item to always have that piece of mind knowing great buy is backing my purchase.

Worth every penny. Our cordless vacuum broke and glad we purchased this and got our money back and we're able to buy a new one.

The vacuum worked amazing for the first two years, after that the battery was noticeably less powerful, I would recommend getting the protection plan.

Very Reliable, Quick, Honest, and Excellent Service. I've inquired about Signing Up for Service In Staples When Purchasing A Laptop, not only did Staples want to Charge me a arm and a leg, they didn't offer as much as Geek Squad does!!!

I always get the geek squad warranty on my vacuums...they always give me a new vacuum if it goes bad.
