Love geek squad so much. Used to work for Best Buy and I always recommended the replacement plans because you can get a new product in that time frame if it breaks!

It does really work but I’m returning it just cause for me it’s faster just to sweep and dry mop by hand. Also I don’t have the space for it. It can take almost a full day to do 1 room. I wonder if it just keeps going until it needs to go back to the charging dock. So it will keep going even after the floor looks clean.

This item deserves more than a 5 star rate it is a outstanding product I have never ownd a better vacuum

5 stars as I've just purchased this protection plan and have not needed to use it to date. I have a feeling it will come in very handy as I'm not at all thrilled with the product that I've purchased the plan for.

I always suggest getting warranty on high item products. With geek squad, it is easy to bring the merchandise in and get it repaired or replaced

I haven't had to use it yet for this purchase BUT I've used it in the past for other purchases. They are so nice and easy to work with when you have a problem. I usually always purchase Geek Squad because of the great service.

Great coverage. It’s just great to have protection against issues with products. Any time I haven’t bought it something has gone wrong so i typically always buy protection plans just saves me from headaches

For the money, the added protection is worth it. Nice to have this protection and since customer service at Best Buy is the finest ANYWHERE, knowing that if a product breaks the problem will be solved quickly is very important.

I would not have purchased my BISSELL floor cleaner without insurance. This is my 3rd machine. The two previous machines were not a BISSELL. Thank you Best Buy for offering this service.

The plan is kind of pricey. But it protects it for 5 years . So well see how it goes.

I purchased the warranty because I always like to have the security of not worrying if my children want to help me there won’t be problem. The price of the warranty was such a good price I couldn’t pass it up!

I think this is great, anytime I can find automation to do my job, it’s always good.

Would not hesitate buying again for my iRobot. Robot failed but Geek Squad took care of. No problems or hassles. Would only purchase on mechanical electronics. Not sure if would by for tv, maybe expensive one.

This vacuum is amazing, it is great with picking up dog hair and keeping my floors clean.

This is a very good vacuum with very strong section I love the vacuum it is a little on the heavier side but I love how strong the section is, I got the warranty just in case haven’t had any problems yet
