Highly recommend to anyone! I made the mistake of not getting this for my first roomba and boy did I regret it. Won’t be making that mistake again.

Makes my house look clean and its super easy to use, few working parts.

My vacuum broke and when I took it in they just said I could get store credit or pick a vacuum off the floor.

I always purchase the warranty because when it’s been needed, Best Buy is super easy to work with and return your money by means of a gift card so you can replace the defective item.

I have had the same problem three consecutive times with a Dyson vacuum. When I got the second one, I got a three-year extended geek squad warranty in anticipation of having further problems. The vacuum broke inside of what would have been the manufactures one-year warranty but because Best Buy replaced the vacuum under my extended warranty, that voided the extended warranty, and now my third product has already broken and the three-year warranty was a waste. This would be great for products that you expect to last beyond Their Factory warranty, but I would shy away if you have a product that has a higher potential for a short shelf life

I get Geek Squad Protection on all of my products. Definitely worth it since they replace or repair it instead of having to buy another one. Saves a decent amount of money.

Totally worth getting for any appliance. I have been able to exchange my appliance due to damage.

I have never had any issue getting a replacement for a device with Geek Squad protection (If it is considered non repairable). Protection offers a solid peace of mind.

I have used this for a vacuum cleaner and glad I did as mine broke down after 6 months only. It was as simple as replacing the broken one! This insurance it limited now to only one replacement.

Always good to have in case you drop an item or it just stops working.

Batteries die pretty quick if it’s not charged constantly
