Love this vacum it has great suction, is on the heavy side but if u want a vacum to suck up dirt out of carpet has be kinda heavy to stay down and stay put on carpet to suck up the pet hair and dirt out of your carpets. you get what you paid for. kinda expensive, should have bought during Christmas sale but could not wait, the other attachments work great on recliners couches

I bought myself the shark mop and mop robot as an early Christmas gift and I absolutely love it! It has simplified my routine!

i purchase my vacuum hoping that it was. a little more suction considering it was a little more expensive that your average. it’s a good vacuum but not great so i would give it an average rating .

Geek Squad Accidental protection coverage has never let me down. It’s always been a service that when I needed it the most I felt so very fortunate to have it. I don’t always fulfill the plan within the term, but when I do I’m glad I had the foresight to purchase it. You really can’t go wrong!

It’s a great vacuum cleaner for my small condo! Honestly the battery lasts a good bit but I do notices sometimes I wish it lasted maybe 5 more mins but overall I love it.

Useful for protecting my cleaning robot appliances beyond what the manufacturer warranty covers. I have pets so it is good that it covers accidental damage.

Geek squad is great they may take a little time to get something replaced and it can also be frustrating at times but in the end it’s worth it

Have not had to use yet, but the 3 year protection lets me feel better about buying a really expensive mop.
