This works perfectly but there was an issue with it. It was already defected and a brand new one that I just got. It has four different attachments and it was hard to connect together like it would get stuck. If I wanted to change attachments I have to force it out.

Cleans very good, way better than roombas. The app tells you exactly where it cleans. But after a year the springs on one of the wheels got loose. Definitely get a warrenty

The best one on the market I’ve had mine since 2021 the duo floors makes it easy to go from hardwood to laminate. The suction power on this thing is amazing I use the wand to get all the little nooks and crannies. I also use the brush with the want to vaccine all the dusty air vents. 10/10 recommended I’m repurchasing mine since my teen decided to suck up a Lego and burn the motor.

Was a little skeptical at first, but after cleaning my entire house with this vacuum, I am not disappointed at all. battery lasted through the whole job with 5% left. Incredible product overall! I can rest easy that with Geek squad insurance, if my product need a repair. Geek squad will fix or replace if need be!

You never know if something will give out after. Manufactured 1-year warranty. Companies don’t make things to last like they used to.

Fantastic vacuum. Came from a Shark which died within a year. Could not be happier with the suction power of the Dyson along with the light weight handling it has.

This vacuum picks up everything with ease. I have 2 dogs with lots of hair. Works better than any vacuum i have had.

My LG washer/dryer seems to be doing great so when my Dyson handheld died, I decided I would give them a chance. Glad I did. This has so much more power, features, battery life than the Dyson did. I was expecting it to replace my handheld but now I find myself using this a replacement to my heavy full size! Great for stairs and pulling things from the edges and corners.

Great for what it is! Bought the protection for my Dyson vacuum and was helpful to have when Dyson was not able to promptly provide a solution with their products.

Got a nice Shark vac and bought the 3-year Best Buy warranty- even though it comes with a 5yr from the manufacturer. After about a year and a half the unit just quit working, so we brought it back to BB and they just gave us a new unit- NO QUESTIONS ASKED! GREAT SERVICE!
