The best purchase ever they answer all my questions and replace right away

This is such a nice vacuum. It has a light on it and you can get ⁰ small areas with it. It's small and powerful.

We have a tri-level home with an open floor plan. Having 4 kids and pets, I was constantly struggling to keep up with the crumbs, spills and dirt tracked in. Heaven has been a lifesaver. No more plugging and unplugging from room to room and winding up the cord to go upstairs and down. I just grab and go. They even use it in the car. It works great. We did have a good clogged up and it started making a very loud noise but it was pretty easy to remedy. Overall on. Very satisfied

Best purchase you can make when purchasing an appliance! I recently had a Shark vacuum die on me and took it in to have it serviced in-store, they were unable to repair it as it's a model that shark no longer makes so I was refunded the full amount I had paid. It was a quick and easy, no hassle experience. I'll keep making future appliance purchases through Best Buy as long as they keep up the great customer service.

This came in great handy, because when the vacuum I bought broke down, it allowed me to get another vacuum without paying too much of a cost for it, so I always recommend to get the Geek swap protection for vacuum cleaners

There's nothing to review. It's a protection plan. I guess if I really had to say something about it is that if my Dyson vacuum breaks within the next 3 years, I have this protection which means BB replaces it for nothing or gives me another one or something similar of equal or lesser value. No need to return the box or a receipt. Just give them the broken down piece of plastic and get a new one. It's worth the $69 I spent on it. At least I think that's what it cost me...

Was great in the beginning. But over time the battery wouldnt keep charge as long. Great vacuum tho, battery issues aside. Make sure to purchase the protection plan! The plan is gold!!

Hopefully I’ll never have to use the geek squad protection but I’m glad I have it.

Awesome vacuum. We have hardwood floors and we use this item on a daily basis. The filters are easy to take apart and easy to clean. Great purchase.

Love this vacuum cleaner! At first my husband and I were skeptical using it the first few days, mostly because we were used to the heaviness of a traditional vacuum. However, being able to actually see what debris was picked up right after we used our pretty new Shark was all the reason to keep it.
