I always buy the warranty and accident protection plans!!! Best buy has the best policies!! Saved us when our Dyson broke. We returned it and got a shark for free......well I bought another protection plan lol

Got this for my Dyson Aminal 11 Vacuum recently, so glad I did for the price of mind as I have had an issue with a previous version before (minor issue) and with this warranty it gets taken care of ASAP as most of the time you can exchanged if the issue can’t be fixed. I usually get geeks squad for any big purchase ticket item at beat buy becuase it’s worth it in the long run and its a decent price for the overall value of what you are getting.

Very easy to use and use it everyday for a quick cleaning and hook up at the end. Comes with various parts useful for anything from household areas such as carpet, flooring and even easy to use for the car. Especially good for pet owners.

Great service they provide. Very courteous and helpful. They dont mind going extra mile to help you.

I will only buy my electronics and household appliances at Best Buy because the service and care is the absolute best.

We have never had an issue returning an item we purchased warranty on. they have always stood by the warranty and gave us full credit towards a new item. it would be nice if they sent a reminder that our warranty was about to expire and offer an extension.

The title says it all. Why didn't I buy one of these sooner? Being a stickler for clean floors I no longer have to do it myself everyday. This little guy is fantastic!

I have never enjoyed buying any insurance but have always had the Geek Squad coverage and because of my lack of technology knowledge feel more comfortable with the Geek Squad. Had a bad experience at my last visit but will overlook that experience. They are not quick at getting anything done that may take only hours but they require at least a day. That is the system I guess.... leave it and wait for their text before you try to pick it up.

I bought the 3 year plan on my cordless Dyson and ended up needing to use it when the battery was almost dead after just 2 years. Best Buy fully replaced my Dyson, I got a much newer version and only had to pay the difference. Extremely happy!

I know most people think insurance is a scam and money down the drain. But if you answer yes to any of the following, buy and save yourself the frustration and regret! 1) Do you have kids or will they be using/near the product? 2) do you have a spouse that using products like they're in an infomercial everyday? 3) Do you want to keep all your hair? In short, its a no hassle product replacement option.

I love it cleans my floors really well I would recommend it for friends and family

Best insurance ever . The reason that I buy from Best Buy is because of their insurance. I buy all my electronics, stove, washing machine, refrigerator ,microwave, cámaras , TV ect….. I would recommend to put insurance and everything .

Lol this vacuum changed my life and makes it easier, I call it my child, it makes me enjoy the clean especially when I see the results, and can walk in the house barefoot, I was waiting for this type of vacuum since I was 11 years when my mom asked me to mop the floor hhhhh..... LOVE IT

It is excellent product but It doesn’t work for my floor. The floor is really bad . The customer service helped to me right away to set up the machine . I felt really sad to bring the Roomba back to the store .
