Always buy this three year coverage. I have yet to find a cordless vacuum that lasts longer than 3 years.

Picks up dog hair great! Highly recommend. It is lightweight and easy to use.

I purchased 5-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection with my new Shark Vacuum, excellent thing to purchase in my opinion; when you have children in your home @ anytime, or even child-adults..lol I know sounds very weird.. right? But hey, we all have a little bit of a child in us at times. Everyone has gotta admit to it. & when accidents in life do occur; that's when this coverage will/ would be their definitely to back you up & protect your purchases that you made.

havent had to use it... but i know its there in case i do. gift for my daughter.

I love Geek squad and would recommend everyone to get it once purchasing an electronic. They are very easy to work with and when needing to do a return no many questions asked.

The Geek squad is the way to go. They are a team of qualified professionals. Had them over to fix my TV. They found the issue spot on and advised me on the problem. My remote needed to be replaced. Showed me on my TV what information to give them. Also showed me how I could get into Netflix manually. I purchased the plan that could fix anything in my house. I haven’t been disappointed with this plan.

The vacuum suction on this is amazing! It was a bit heavy at first but you definitely get used to it. Now I don’t even realize it. And it gets everything so well. The people before us in our new home had a dog and it picked up so much hair.

I never buy anything over $200 from Best Buy without also purchasing the geek squad warranty. It’s just not worth it to invest in some thing and not have the peace of mind to know that if you’re crazy son decides to throw a football at your router or vacuums up his bag of marbles, this geek squad warranty will cover everything. So glad that I got this because I have crazy kids... Who may or may not like to vacuum up marbles.

Best Buy has the best return policy. Wife did not like the vacuum cleaner, and made it easy.

This I Robot was really doing a good job and actually I name her Nikka and she is my new employee in the house everybody laugh at me as I was treating this item really like my robot assistance in cleaning the house every weekend program it and she does everything

Protect your investments folks!! The plans can seem a bit much at the time of purchase but isn’t peace of mind is priceless? The plans are certainly cheaper than having to replace your purchase at full price. DeaLing directing with Bestbuy vs the items warranty folks can sometimes be as different as night and day. There’s no better comfort than knowing your investments are protected! Especially when being/becoming a total tech support member as well.

Timesaver for a big household, or a small household vacuum and mop together is one of the best invention don’t think twice and just buy it if you need to save time from vacuuming and mopping separately.

I’m glad Best Buy have the option of buying this insurance that can grant longer warranty

This is the protection plan for a great vacuum with no cords!! This is very efficient and I love the way it works. But I also have an extended warranty and Peace of Mind!

I always get the Geek squad protection. As long as it’s less than 20% of the purchase price for a two year extended warranty. This has paidoff numerous times. It’s way easier to walk and get a brand new replacement, then wait to ship it to someone. Geek squad rocks.

Love this product. Clean amazing and love the self clean it can do afterwards. Also, the trap it has in the dirty water tank is great, it keeps hair and such separated from the water so its easier to clean out. The battery does die a little faster when using Turbo Mode. But overall, great product.
