Love the no hassle all my appliances I make sure I purchase this ! I feel like I overspend on the 5 year warranty verses 3 year . If something is wrong with your steam mop the return your money with a bestbuy gift card and you lose the 5 year warranty you would need to repurchase it again . Too bad I didn’t know that before I spent money on the 5year plan.

I always pay more to buy these geek squad warranties. I probably make use out of 75% of them so They generally pay off and are so simple to use. You bring device to store, tell them what’s wrong and then they check if there’s a replacement. If there isn’t, you get the full price paid back.

Best Buy honored our previous extended warranty with a single question or concern. We bought anothet item and did not hesitate to purchase the extended warranty

It keeps the carpet clean, it does have to be cleaned right away, if not, it will leave a lingering smell

The convenience of not needing an entirely new purchase because I have a protection plan makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE. Do yourselves a favor, invest in the protection

Good warranty for products. Easy to understand what the warranty covers.

Have had it maybe a year or less and I havent used it in months. Truly a waste of money. It is very heavy and bulky, the container for the water and solution is super small. It is so gross cleaning out the receptacle if you use the steam part. The only brush that works decently is the pet brush. It does not get anything in the corners. I feel like it pushes the dirt away with the fan instead of sucking it up.

Haven't had to use this plan yet, but Best Buy's protection plans are the best. I always purchase them. They are easy to use, I don't have to register my products. If my covered item breaks, I just take it back to the store, they use my phone number to look up my account, and the product is replaced. Love it.

Always get insurance for items like these because the company realy has great return policies

Very happy i got this warranty , you never know when you will need it.

Haven't had to use this yet except brought our vacuum in once and they just told us to clean it better to keep the pieces from getting stuck. We buy protection for most items and have had to use it several times for replacement and its an easy process.

Excellent vacuum, works great and a lot better than expected. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

If you buy big ticket items you know can possibly ware down or break, then you should really really really consider getting this added insurance. Worth it.

purchased geek squad protection for dyson vacuum-- the drive train motor broke and Best Buy replaced with a new model with no issues. Only complaint: once you get the replacement the new product is no longer covered and you need to purchase another plan (the cost went up and was for less duration)

We have used the Geek Squad several times and are very happy with the results. I have purchased many things for new house including kitchen appliances, TV's and iRobot cleaning systems. The Squad has always been there to assist me as I always add their coverage

5-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection was a good low cost deal to cover almost anything that can happen to my hand held vacuum. I had it on one brand and after a year pretty much no questions asked they gave me my money back and I used it toward another hand held vacuum.
