Buy the product and then buy the protection. This type of investment in a product that will ultimately be used again and again is a no brainer.

The vacuum sucks (in the best way!) we have several dogs and their shedding is something we need to maintain daily. I love that it's cordless. Pricey but worth it

I had this warranty for a black and decker hand vacuum that was 2 years old and stopped working due to faulty lithium battery. I went in to exchange for a new one but it wasn’t in stock anymore so they gave me a full refund! The customer service staff were super friendly and fast!

Used this service a few times and got my money back on the damaged products so i could buy a similar product as a replacement.

The 5 year product replacement on a vacuum cleaner paid off for me. When the cord head broke accidentally, I just took the vac to my Best Buy store, and they gave me a new one. No boxing it up and mailing or shipping it to the manufacturer, and no claim forms to fill out. Sweet!

I got this as a gift for my mom and she says she loves how easy it is to vacuum and it is not super heavy like other hand vacuums and the battery last a long time.

This is great but wish I would have received something hard or soft copy to give to my daughter in law which is who I bought it for as Christmas gift

Now we don’t have to fear the reviews that state that this vacuum is sometimes unreliable.

I purchased this warranty because of the price of the irobot vacuum. Its good to have peace of mind should something go wrong. Geek Squad has always come thru with repair of any prior purchase, so no doubt with this one. Additionally, always helpful if I have a question.
