I purchased this thinking the product would be covered for 2 years but it is only covered until you go to use the warranty. They told me they cannot fix it and would replace it at no charge which is great but the replacement is not covered by their warranty and I would need to spend another $90 for it to be covered. I was told it is more convenient to have the warranty with geek squad because I could go into the store for the replacement but they never even have the item in stock so it’s being mailed to my house.

No hassle, super easy return. You just bring the accessories with it and they take it. You can replace it with another one just let them know, they scan, and you're off. Quick and simple.

Not sure but we buy it. Never know when things might happen and we have very bad luck so it never hurts.

Great vacuum - cleans very well - and I love the fact that I can vacuum from floor to carpet easily.
