    I purchased this thinking the product would be covered for 2 years but it is only covered until you go to use the warranty. They told me they cannot fix it and would replace it at no charge which is great but the replacement is not covered by their warranty and I would need to spend another $90 for it to be covered. I was told it is more convenient to have the warranty with geek squad because I could go into the store for the replacement but they never even have the item in stock so it’s being mailed to my house.

    I got many rugs in home, this vaccum is very powerfull but it just can't sweep the rugs with rotary brush.

    No brainer! If you buy an electronic, look at your warranty options. Joe, the Dyson expert was helpful in deciding this. Best Buy is good with their warranty plans.
