Great for what it is! Bought the protection for my Dyson vacuum and was helpful to have when Dyson was not able to promptly provide a solution with their products.

You're absolutely a moron if you buy any electronics without this plan. Peace of mind is worth the extra cash on your items.

Cleans very deep and removes tough satins. The steam cleaner is a little loud but works very well.

We bought the Geek Squad protection plan for an expensive shark vacuum. The vacuum broke immediately and BB quickly and no questions asked refunded the purchase. Worth the investment for such an expensive appliance.

My robot is a good duster. Of course it doesn’t do an immaculate job and can’t get all the nooks and crevices. Overall I appreciate the dust it helps pick up & I don’t have to sweep daily anymore which gives me time to tackle another thing. The bad side is the robot doesn’t always connect to the charging base so I have to place it on manually after I notice it didn’t sweep that day & I do clean the charging areas w/a me clean magic eraser.

Geek Squad service are very knowledgeable and It was really fast. They just needed up replacing it.

You never know if something will give out after. Manufactured 1-year warranty. Companies don’t make things to last like they used to.

This vacuum picks up everything with ease. I have 2 dogs with lots of hair. Works better than any vacuum i have had.

There's nothing to review. It's a protection plan. I guess if I really had to say something about it is that if my Dyson vacuum breaks within the next 3 years, I have this protection which means BB replaces it for nothing or gives me another one or something similar of equal or lesser value. No need to return the box or a receipt. Just give them the broken down piece of plastic and get a new one. It's worth the $69 I spent on it. At least I think that's what it cost me...
