I would not have purchased my BISSELL floor cleaner without insurance. This is my 3rd machine. The two previous machines were not a BISSELL. Thank you Best Buy for offering this service.

Purchased the Geek Squad warranty for the Shark vacuum I brought. Good additional warranty for the price.

Stick vac was a great buy and it picks up dog hair better than anything I’ve ever had decent price also

I buy the on only a few devices. I buy them for my vacuum robots with dog poop a potential issue. I did have to use it for my last robot as it simply stopped responding/ working about a week before the protection expired. They replaced it immediately with no questions asked. Totally worth it for devices at risk.

I am a person who loves to have protection on the equipment I buy and my New Dyson V11 is not the exception.

I would rather use the Best Buy Geek Squad Protection then any other plans. Best buy is so easy to deal with and they cover everything and do all the work as far as sending it off and dealing with the manufacturer.

Overall I am happy to have purchased the insurance. Just incase as I use the Tineco daily and have no issues as I am covered.

This warranty is a must have if you are purchasing an item over $100. Very easy to return an item under this warranty

Whenever you purchase any electronics you must purchase the geek squad protection. Don’t lose out! Electronics do wear and tear and eventually break. You want to have the device converted.

I always buy extra protection for all of my Best Buy purchases because I know I can count on the Geek Squad to fix any problems that may come up. They are 100% reliable and always very nice!

So happy we added this to our sweepers purchase. Anything happens it's taken care of.

The agent came to my house and unpacked every box and put it together in front of me. They explained every component and demonstrated each function. They also explained how, if it were to break, how the warranty would be honored.

Never any reason not to get the protection plan, especially when you buy your items at great savings!

I never buy a product from Best Buy without getting the warranty. I recommend always buying the warranty on the Dyson products as we have had to use it in the past. Dyson 2 year warranty isn’t near long enough.
