Haven't used it, and hope I dont have to, but good coverage for the cost.

This laptop is holding up great after three years. It plays games and runs photoshop, which were my two main ideals with a laptop. I'm also a full time college student and this laptop has been great for that. The only thing I will say is that this laptop is so huge that traveling it is not good. This works best as a desktop. I wish I remembered I had 3 year geek squad protection since a rubber piece is coming off on the bottom of the laptop. It was nice to have that reassurance that I could call the geek squad.

Geek squad plan is totally necessary if you have electronics i have it on most of ny devices

The agent was very informative and provided me all the answers I needed. They went above and beyond and even gave me a deal on my geek squad warranty for my ASUS rogue strix g18 on any and all internals even if it was broken by accident. They were very kind and friendly but also smart and knowledgeable and quick to the point and did not waste my time or try to upsell me. They were honest and have integrity and they are a quality warranty I totally recommend this.

It feels very reassuring that if my thing brakes i cant ethier get a new one or fix my laptop easily, but so far I haven't gottten a chance to test out the process

This laptop is speedy in function, boasts awesome high-def graphics, and fits comfortably on the lap. 5/5 stars.

Long story short: I hate buying add-ons, but this form of insurance saved my bacon once this year and has already paid for itself. Especially since I think prices are only going up, availability will only go down, waiting for Black Friday etc. price reductions of 10-15% doesn't help much if prices, meantime, have increased 5>10>20+ percent. Back to Geek Squad, my store has been great to work with.

I purchased this with my brand new Acer Predator gaming laptop knowing I cannot go wrong. GeekSquad is a great service to have because they will help you ship out your PC if it has any warranty issues to the manufacteurer and they will also fix stuff and replace parts if its out of the normal products warranty.

It was stated that within a year if anything happens my laptop could be replaced. I thought it was worth the price.

You need protection for your laptop when it's this expensive (this much of an investment) and the fact that accidents can happen to anyone, anytime. It's a must-have.

Bought s nre laptop but i coujdnt get an update to load. On chat, i was told to restart, or log out of everything then back on. My download then ssid it was done and activated.

The Geek Squad is definitely a group of electronic wizards! Luckily for me because I have no such powers, but now they are on my team, and that makes me feel even better about my purchase.
