I'm glad I bought this protection plan. I feel safer knowing that my laptop is covered by Geek Squad and that if something were to happen, it won't cost me an arm and a leg.

This is a great to have when you buy a computer for your child. If anything happen you can always take it back to the store to see if it can be fix my someone from the Geek Squad.

it has a 8gb ram soddered on which really sucks. That is the main and only bad thing I can see if the one I received. Which they didn't sodered the rams on. That way you can get higher dual channel rams

This saved us when our recently purchased computers sound went out. The geek squad helped to try to fix it and then replaced our computer for free. Worth the protection

I always buy the Best Buy warranty, their warranty is the best investment you can buy so you don’t spend unnecessary money in buying the same item if it breaks or no longer works.

I have had no problems with help from geek squad so far amazing work.

Haven't had to use it for this product but it's a comfort to have it in case something goes wrong in the first couple years of ownership. Have used Geek Squad in the past and they've been very helpful.

Please get these with your laptops especially. I didn’t get for one of them and I accidentally damaged it. I have my regrets and experience from that incident

I really can't rate this now since I thankfully have not had to use it for my NEW laptop !!! Gave a rating based on my use of Geek Squad for many years for other items.

Haven't used the service with this product. Used perviously with a tablet. Got helps about five times during the two year plan. Fixed twice which covered the cost. Helped problem solve other issues

Very necessary, I purchase Geek Squad protection on all of my electronics when possible.
