Always invest in the Geek Squad Protection. Things do happen, periodically that are beyond our control. I bought this protection on a laptop that my teenage daughter uses... and it has paid for itself. The Geek Squad folks are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and do their best to help.

This a must for any gaming console. Especially for a launch console. Better safe than sorry. Also, if you can't live without your console for a day or so, this is a must.

I always buy my laptops at Best Buy. Part of the reason for that is because of the available warranty. I travel all the time for business and need a warranty that is good at any Best Buy. I have had to use these warranties before and have never had a problem having them honored. I would not buy a computer without one!

I have reassurance in case something happens to my laptop, and Geek Squad has provided great support for my previous tech, making it a reliable resource.

I made the best decision when I went into Best Buy to update and purchase my new devices. Each and every one of the Geek Squad that I spoke with and asked questions were knowledgeable, professional and patient. No matter how many times I asked a question for clarification they provided me with answers that I could understand along with numerous suggestions. Luckily, I haven't had to use this protection yet, but having it gives me peace of mind just in case. The cost is worth the peace.

Geek squad is the best, both at the store and home visit. When my issue could not be resolved at the store, they did an in-home visit and resolved the issue in less than an hour. So grateful I got this protection! They don't mind how many times you reach out for their assistance they are always glad to help.

Buying this saved me soo much money. My kid has managed to not only completely break one laptop but damaged the second one I got her after I replaced the first one she broke. When they told me they couldn’t fix her laptop I received a very large amount (the original purchase price of the laptop) on a gift card so I could afford to purchase a new one. I will never buy anything ever again for her without buying this protection too. Total life saver!!

Always worth getting especially if you not tech savy they also come to your home. Helped a lot when mom used, I don’t like how scammer use geek squad to gain access to people computer and hold for ransom.

I always purchased the warranty for any laptop I purchase. I usually need to use it at least once. This time the touch screen on my computer stopped working and I was able to bring it to Geek Squad and they shipped it off and the screen was replaced free of charge. The downside is that I found it surprising that Geek Squad could not do a screen replacement in the store and would need to ship it off and I would havento wait 5-6 weeks (supposedly due to COVID) to get my laptop back.

Geek Squad is awesome and really helped me out after I dropped my laptop and it needed a repair. The service agent was so great and helped me with no issue. My laptop was repaired and returned to me in no time. I am so glad that I paid for this service. No regrets at all!

I bought the accident protection because we have ceramic tile floors, one slip and its a goner. The protection gives me piece of mind and is a great value.

Great insurance against accidental breakage. I have been able to get a new computer for a much-reduced price when my computer had unrepairable damage. I was exceedingly please to have this protection. It costs a little more when purchasing the computer, but it proved to be a life-saver when the computer was damaged beyonf repair and I got a new computer almost free.

Had a problem with my new laptop. I took the laptop in. The tech explained I had shut down during an update and it could not complete the operation causing the unit to not turn on properly. The update was running in the background, and I was unaware the update was running. had only had the laptop for a few hours when this happened. They scheduled a Tech Appointment immediately. the appointment only took a few minutes, was totally painless. And the Tech resolved my problem right there.

I absolutely love this laptop! It works so much faster than my Dell and I will be going with HP from now on. I also like the touchscreen. Unfortunately, i just dropped water on it so Geeksquad to the rescue!
