I got the 2 year protection plan on my new laptop seeing that my old one broke. I have already had to use the plan and the process was very smooth.

My computer has been having some issues and I'm so happy I purchased the Geek Squad service. While sending a laptop out would take a few weeks too long at this point. I do plan on taking advantage of the service before the three years is up.

The agent i dont remember his name he was the GM of the Logan, UT store though. he was so professional, knowledgable, patient, and made the process so smooth and easy.

Having the kind of protection this plan offers is great insurance following the purchase of a high priced delicate piece of technology such as a computer or laptop or tablet. We have not yet had to use the plan, but when we do it is a good feeling to know we are covered.

I have not been required to use the protection plan but enjoy the piece of mind that if my laptop begins having issues Best Buy will repair or replace it in a timely manner.

I don’t know how I got along before purchasing the Total Tech Plan. There is no problem too big or too small for them. They have fixed a faulty computer, initiated a new computer, fuxed our at-home appliances, and given us great advice every time.
