Geek squad is the best, both at the store and home visit. When my issue could not be resolved at the store, they did an in-home visit and resolved the issue in less than an hour. So grateful I got this protection! They don't mind how many times you reach out for their assistance they are always glad to help.

I am so glad I chose this laptop. Not only because it is portable, its speed is incredible. I use it for school and I do a lot of downloads and heavy assignments.

Funny how you wish you don't have to use this, and usually don't need it, but when you do? Suddenly it's a great value. Anyway. Glad I bought it, but I hope I don't need it.

Can be very useful if you are clumsy or tend to break stuff easily.Replacement is very quick.

I've needed the GeekSquad protection plan twice for two high-value items. It was a lifesaver to have as I was refunded via a gift card and was able to replace both items. The process was smooth, quick and the technicians were incredibly helpful!
