I have had good luck with Geek Squad Protection plans. For me it is a MUST because I don't have to worry about anything happening.

Chromebook is well manufactured. The purchase price is very reasonable for the use needed. Both of my boys, (middle school & high school ) prefer to use this Chromebook vs. the one provided by their school. I highly recommend this Chromebook for those parents shopping for their kids for school. Lightweight, keypad size and pad, perfect.

They are repsonsive with any questions that I may have.

Geek squad was there to assist me with repair order when I dropped my Samsung notebook and the display and was no longer operable.

fixed computer quickly. Took out viruses. Got the rest of the year for more help.

I haven't have the need to use this plan (hopefully I don't ever) but it's a good option to feel secured.

This protection is perfect because you're covered when you have an accident. I bought this computer for the shop and the guys aren't always the most careful. I knew it would come in handy eventually.

What I like about the geek squad is that it is super easy to install and fast, they help you with many things and it takes away one more worry if something breaks down.

How are you not going to purchase this protection plan?! With expensive purchases comes the potential for expensive accidents. Thankfully I can rest easy bringing my $3k laptop to coffee shops, class, social gatherings, and just about anywhere else knowing if the worst happens then I’m completely covered.

Love Geek Squad. Used to keep up with technology. Arrrgh. Not anymore because the awesome Geek Squad is able to handle Arrrgh so much better.

I have not had to utilize this protection plan, although it was purchased.

I never thought the computer I bought for a summer class would start giving me problems less then 2 months into using it. Granted it was a new product so it was bound to have some problems. Having Geek Squad production plan helped me to get nearly $1700 back to me in a form of BestBuy gift card. I was able to use that money and buy accessories for my camera I had just purchased a little before my computer for the fall semester. I worked out for me because I was about to struggle through the last 4 weeks of class and then got to get my money back and spend it on stuff I needed for school right after. I felt like Geek Squad really helped me save a lot of money with their 2 year protection plan.
