Purchased the Geek squad service. Never used it. Ok

Great value! I always get Geek Squad warranties on any device i purchase

The remote support from the geek squad is great when you can get it. They were so busy during the virus that it was impossible to get someone. They had a 10 hour wait time but that was ridiculous then when I called back in 10 hours it was still another 10 hour wait time. The geek squad in the stores it much better. When I have a slow computer it is nice to have someone remotely go into it to clean it up.

Need to be safe Incase something goes wrong. My experience with Geek Squad has always been great.

I am so glad for the option to purchase the protection plan. You never know when you may need that protection on any electronic purchase. I advise anyone purchasing an electronic product to always purchase the Geek Squad protection plan. Thank you Geek Squad!!T

Whats better than 1 year coverage? 3 years of coverage!

I have not needed to test this to date - but they keep asking for a review. I have no reason not to believe this product is good. I am enjoying the peace of mind that I get from having it, so that is worth something.

We always buy the protection when we get an expensive Electronics product. It was well worth the money on our last purchase. We bought an active 2 watch for my wife for Christmas and it had a glitch in it a few months afterwards. They replace the watch at no cost with a new one. Like I said well worth the money.

Geek Squad there in the store is the best service you could get. They were very knowledgeable in updating all my apps.

Purchased a gaming desktop for my Granddaughter for Christmas. Due to supply shortages it was necessary to puchase well before the extended store holiday return period. I did setup and check the PC thoroughly upon delivery. Everything tested good, but the Accidental Geek Squad Protection provided an additional 3 years of peace of mind. Can't beat it.

As always: READ ALL YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE SIGNING… ask questions and be sure you understand how it works. It sure saved me some problems and loss of funds! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

100% full coverage is nice, to have if you dknt know how to fix yourself

I've had Geek Squad protection many times before and I will continue to buy it for all my major purchases. Definitely worth the money, especially for your peace of mind.

I have never had an issue using my geek squad protection at best buy. it's genuinely worth it. they honestly do the best plus more to make sure you are overly satisfied. so honestly, I prefer to buy most of my electronic stuff at best buy even if it cost more because their geek squad protection is by far the very best. at least in all my experiences.
