I could not manage my computer business if it were not for the Geek Squad and their all-inclusive protection plan. The service is quick and the technicians are professional, polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable. My son destroyed his computer on the 2nd day of use. I was able to return the computer with ease and was issued a full refund when the computer couldn’t be repaired. The Protection plan is a great asset especially for when you are purchasing for children.

I purchased an Open Box all-in-one computer in the store. The sales agent did check it out before I purchased it and it was Geek certified. However, I opted to purchase Geek insurance as a "safety measure". I feel it's worth the price.

the best protection i have i was able to use it to repair my phone and i pad at no cost, they also installed washer and dryer as part of the service. only issue is how long it takes to get in to see a geek squad member. hopefully it will get better

Geek squad installed my new Television, Internet Expanded EERO Service that has improved reception and quick and excellent access for internet phone systems.

It’s always a good idea to buy a three-year protection plan when you buy a high dollar gaming computer. I’ve learned my lesson in the past and I won’t make that mistake again. I highly recommend a three-year protection plan.

I dropped my computer and the screen cracked and half of it went black luckily i had protection on it and they sent it to get fixed no problem
