Hooking up TV

They help us with several of our phones. They even went beyond to figure out the problem. We are grateful for their knowledge and how polite they are .

Better to have and not need.....

Not too happy with the Geek Squad process

When it was delivered, it hadn't been "programmed" for the next user. It still had the last owners information on it. I wasn't able to log in and register it for myself. When I called about it, I was told to bring it back to Best Buy. The process took them about 30+ minutes or more. When they were done, I was told, "Okay, we won't charge you".???? Why would I be charged for something that should've alread been done?
