Having the Dyson V15 vacuum for 2.5 years no problems with the machine. My wife said accident drop and crack the case. We love the Dyson V15 vacuum. We purchase the accident insurance in 2021. We got a new vacuum. Thank you again best buy store,staffs and Insurance. Sorry did not take pictures.

My Dyson v10 stopped working. BUT, since I had purchased the Geek Squad 2 year protection plan, returning the vacuum was a breeze. I was issued a store card with the purchase amount which I used to purchase the Dyson V12 and the 3 year protection plan with Geek Squad. I couldn't be b more pleased with the service.

You won't catch me. buying any products without this warranty! best thing ever! No hassle replacement if your product is defective or stops working. As always, read the disclosures so you can know for sure if it's worth it on the device of choice. Overall, will always try to get this

Amazing this is the second one I have gotten. Very light weight, good battery life and it cleans very good. We got 3 years out of our first one. We have kids and they dropped it a lot so honestly I feel it could’ve lasted longer.

Super efficient cleaning, with intelligent object detection and obstacle avoidance, cleans pretty well and fast, leaves no dirt around, notifies on any issues and has a very durable battery that will last for long time.

The 5 years plans are great on these small appliances items I had small charging plan after 4 years of my V8 dyson still had time to upgrade and/or even trade

I'm glad I purchase this service as my Dyson reached year three of service the battery stopped charging. Brought it back to the store and was replace with ease. Purchase a 5 year service this time around. Best purchase to confidently protect your investment.

I regret not getting this sooner! This robot performs so well in picking up pet hair, dust, and sand. It has saved me so much time since I can still work while this runs in another housing area. I have luxury vinyl plank flooring, hardwood flooring, and area rugs. Does a great job on all my surfaces!
