Great vacuum cleaner offering reliability and agility to get to the most inconvenient locations. Though this is my 3rd vacuum of this brand(the 1st one a wheel fell off, and the 2nd would no longer turn on, both malfunctions occuring within 2 years of daily use) i would most def purchase a warranty. Great product overal despite the hiccups

I bought this accidental for my very expensive vacuum and I'm glad I did. Manufactures are making things to last less and less. It was so easy to replace my vacuum that was out of manufacturer warranty.

My Bissel Crosswave X7 lasted a little over a year. The motor began to fail. Thank goodness I opted for the Geek Squad 5 year warranty. I took my Bissel to my local Best Buy store and they were able to exchange it same day! What a great protection plan! Well worth the price and service.

But if you answer yes to any of the following, buy and save yourself the frustration and regret! 1) Do you have kids or will they be using/near the product? 2) do you have a spouse that using products like they're in an infomercial everyday? 3) Do you want to keep all your hair? I purchased 5-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection with my new Shark Vacuum, excellent thing to purchase in my opinion; when you have children in your home @ anytime, or even child-adults..lol I know sounds very weird.. right? But hey, we all have a little bit of a child in us at times. Everyone has gotta admit to it. & when accidents in life do occur; that's when this coverage will/ would be their definitely to back you up & protect your purchases that you made.

This came in great handy, because when the vacuum I bought broke down, it allowed me to get another vacuum without paying too much of a cost for it, so I always recommend to get the Geek swap protection for vacuum cleaners

always easy to work with they never feel like they are trying to help the business over the customer if that makes sense, every time iv had to exchange something they are quick to work with me and dont question you like you are lying like other company do if you try to return an item its the only reason i ever bother getting a protection plan cause i know its actually worth the money and hassle free

Why wouldn’t you buy this?! You appliance, eletrônica will stop working some time before the 5 years. So why not get sim extended warranty.

On appliances is definitely worth it. Barely ever do they even ask questions and they just replace it

The Geek squad is the way to go. They are a team of qualified professionals. Had them over to fix my TV. They found the issue spot on and advised me on the problem. My remote needed to be replaced. Showed me on my TV what information to give them. Also showed me how I could get into Netflix manually. I purchased the plan that could fix anything in my house. I haven’t been disappointed with this plan.

I never buy anything over $200 from Best Buy without also purchasing the geek squad warranty. It’s just not worth it to invest in some thing and not have the peace of mind to know that if you’re crazy son decides to throw a football at your router or vacuums up his bag of marbles, this geek squad warranty will cover everything. So glad that I got this because I have crazy kids... Who may or may not like to vacuum up marbles.
