I love it, it’s a powerful vacuum for floors and carpet. Fantastic for the obvious, messes and such. And, having a dog it makes life a lot easier. Worth the purchase and protection!

I heard Geek Squad was good but I hope I will never need them

Excellent BestBuy warranty, had to exchange the vacuum a few months after purchase due to vacuum wouldn’t power on. Took original back to the store and they swapped it with no questions asked!

Great vacuum, couldn’t figure out the filter issue and after trying to used my warranty and returned and picked up a new one. Simple.

purchased the Geek Squad Protection for my Animal Ball 2 vacuum and drive motor broke in less than a year. Completely replaced the vacuum with a new one, no hassle. Only complaint, had to repurchase protection for the new vacuum-- remainder of protection plan does not roll over. The new plan was more expensive for less time.

Bought this as a gift for my wife and she loves how much easier it makes vacuuming for her. The accesories are a really nice plus too

We needed to replace our carpet cleaner through the warranty. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They made sure everything was taken care of quickly and we were able to place an order for a new ine.

Love GS Extended Warranty plans. My $200+ went after 3.5 years and the switch around was SUPER EASY!!!! Definitely worth the tiny bit of extra money in case you, or a family member breaks the appliance.

I have owned this for a couple of years and although it's a little power house battery seems to be wearing down, Charge goes from 3 to 2 in a few minutes so will see if geek squad can assist me with protection plan. I would like a new one with a fresh battery. Great for spot cleaning so hoping it's replaceable.

No doubt one of the best protection plans you can get. Worry free, hassle free. If they cannot fix it or replace the parts to get it fixed, they try everything to make things right.
