After a few weeks of purchasing, it stopped working properly!

Usually I love there products, but this core less vacuum, didn’t vacuum good at all. Not recommend

I like it! It is heavy, like other reviews has said. It also pulls on you, the brush spins on it's own so it's kinda like a lawnmower that goes by itself so you have to use muscle to keep it in place. Also does not leave vacuum lines. Some people might like that it doesn't, I kinda prefer the vacuum lines because how else are you gonna know that I vacuumed? Other than that though, the suction is good and I feel like my carpet is getting a good clean.

Did have a misunderstanding with one of the geek squad representatives who was not explaining how the insurance worked properly, but management stepped in and really explained everything to me thoroughly conveniently and was very much appreciated

Always recommend geek squad protection for if anything happens to the product, covers almost everything and you don’t have to spend hundreds getting a whole new product, by once cry once.

Protection plan was awesome. Very fast and convenient. Did have a little misunderstanding when purchasing it but other than that very good customer service and awesome insurance plan.

They have the best warranty they don’t ask too many questions. They replaced your item easily. They’re clear on their instructions and what they expect.

always buy the protection plan, definitely worth it’s money, never know what might happen! And they stand by it! No hassle!
