A must have purchase for high-end purchases from Best Buy

So far so good, haven’t had to use it yet, but glad to have it.

Always get the plan for the more expensive items. Very easy and hassle free to get them replaced and/or repaired.

Purchased new pricey vacuum and 3 year extended warranty. Was told at time of purchase, April 2024, that the manufacturer warranty was 3 years and then the extended was for an additional 3 years. So there would be 6 years of coverage. Today was informed by Best Buy that the extended warranty we purchased ran concurrently with the manufacturer warranty-so we only have a 3 year warranty.The gentleman at Corporate said this to which I responded why, if its covered by manufacture warranty. His reply was "You get extra things". This is NOT what we have been told each time we would buy extended coverage on big items. We are sooo done with Best Buy. Bye -bye

It’s good to have coverage for two years but I think 4 yrs is better. I went and exchanged it fir 4 yrs, that’s when problems occur
