A bit pricey for something I’m probably never going to use.

I returned a bobsweep because it wasn't working. They replaced it I received in mail. I have no problems with it.

I purchased this thinking the product would be covered for 2 years but it is only covered until you go to use the warranty. They told me they cannot fix it and would replace it at no charge which is great but the replacement is not covered by their warranty and I would need to spend another $90 for it to be covered. I was told it is more convenient to have the warranty with geek squad because I could go into the store for the replacement but they never even have the item in stock so it’s being mailed to my house.

We will show how this works out when my product doesn’t work.

I bought this for my vacuum this works very well and the price was good

I was able to easily return a product that we were never able to get to work. I guess for that it was worth it.

They are very helpful and very acknowledgeable. If i have any questions, I would ask them.

Having support in case anything happens to your product is always a plus. I recommend always having it.

They have never given me an issue with other protection plans. I have not had an issue with this product.

Worth purchasing to protecting the product but little overcharges because the service is not really caring.

Pricey piece of equipment prone to malfunctions so worth getting the Geek Squad service protection.

It’s necessary for today’s tech. We purchased a Neato and without any has had to have it replaced.
